How can AI help you tell a story? In this workshop you'll learn where AI works (and where it doesn’t), and how to become more successful at three different levels of the storytelling process: brainstorming, development, and iteration. You’ll leave with a new tool to enhance your creativity, generate innovative story ideas, and incorporate user feedback to refine your stories. We'll look at many examples of stories across different situations—written and oral, speeches and presentations, emails and social media, as tools of persuasion and inspiration—and discover how AI can complement, not replace, the power of human storytelling. Through directed exercises and collaborative learning, this workshop can be useful to any level of practitioner, offering a hands-on experience with live-action AI-assisted writing practice and immediate feedback.
